Terms of Service — Voidborne Tactics

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Voidborne Tactics (the "Game"), operated by Perevod Games ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.

Who Can Play

You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Your License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. The Game, including its code, art, music, story, characters, and names, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game except as these Terms allow.

Your Account

A game account is created for you automatically when you first play, and you may optionally link it to Google Play Games. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your device and linked services secure. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Virtual Items and Currencies

The Game includes virtual currencies (such as Credits, Insight, Echo Shards, and Flux Cores) and virtual items (such as ships, components, and cosmetic skins).

Virtual items and currencies are licensed to you, not sold — they are part of the Game service, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the Game.
They are not transferable between accounts or players.
We may adjust, rebalance, add, or remove virtual items, currencies, and game features at any time as part of operating and improving the Game. We will exercise this right reasonably, but game balance changes are a normal part of a live game.
Your license to virtual items ends when your account is deleted or the Game service is discontinued.

Purchases and Premium

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing under Google's payment terms. Prices are shown before purchase.

Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Each purchase grants 30 days of premium benefits and does not auto-renew — nothing further is charged when it expires. You may purchase premium again while it is active to extend it, up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) of premium time on your account at once; further purchases are unavailable until your balance drops below this limit. Unused premium time is not refunded and, like other virtual items, has no real-world monetary value.

Except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policies, purchases of virtual items and currencies are final. Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google.

The Game shows optional rewarded ads: you choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward, and the Game can be played fully without watching any. Ad-related data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Content and Conduct

You can name things in the Game — your display name, fleets, ships, and templates — and these names may be visible to other players through leaderboards and matchmaking. You grant us the right to display this content within the Game. Names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate; we may filter, change, or reset names that violate this rule.

When playing, you agree not to:

cheat, use exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools, or manipulate game data, scores, or matchmaking;
interfere with the Game's servers or other players' use of the Game;
reverse engineer or modify the Game except where the law expressly permits;
use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game (including removing leaderboard entries or resetting accounts) if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by cheating or abusive conduct. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to the Game and to all virtual items ends.

Changes to the Game and These Terms

The Game is a live service: we may update, change, or discontinue features — or, with reasonable notice where practicable, the Game itself. Online features require an internet connection and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date above. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice in the Game or its store listing.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are a small studio and will do our best — but we cannot promise the Game will always be available or bug-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Game is limited to the amount you paid us through the Game in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of virtual items or game progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of habitual residence where consumer law requires it, and otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perevod Games operates.
