Privacy Policy — Voidborne Tactics

This Privacy Policy explains how Perevod Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Voidborne Tactics (the "Game"). By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

We designed the Game to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not require you to provide your name, email address, or phone number to play.

Information We Collect

When you play, an anonymous game account is created automatically so your progress can be saved and you can appear on leaderboards. We collect:

Account identifiers. An automatically generated player ID, your in-game display name (which you may change), and — if you choose to link your account — your Google Play Games identifier. We do not collect your email address, real name, or phone number.
Game progress and activity. Your saved progress, statistics, currencies, fleets, and similar in-game data, so it can be synced across your devices and shown on leaderboards.
User-generated content. Names you give to your fleets, ships, and saved templates, and your display name. Because the Game includes leaderboards and lets you battle other players' fleets, this content may be visible to other players.
Purchase records. If you make an in-app purchase, we store a record of what was purchased so we can deliver your items, restore them, and prevent duplicate grants. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing — we never receive or store your payment card details.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, messages, files, or precise location.

The Game shows optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob; the data Google collects to serve them is described in the Advertising section below.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

Provide and operate the Game (authentication, saving and restoring progress, leaderboards, and multiplayer opponents).
Set up and manage your game account, including optional Google Play Games linking.
Deliver and restore in-app purchases and prevent duplicate grants.
Communicate with you about your account when necessary (for example, a message regarding a data-deletion request).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the account and progress data listed above for advertising. Advertising in the Game is handled by Google AdMob, as described in the next section.

Advertising

The Game contains optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob: you choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward, and the Game can be played fully without ever watching one. Rewarded ads are replaced with direct rewards for premium subscribers.

To serve and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK collects certain data directly from your device:

Advertising identifier — your device's resettable advertising ID;
Approximate location — derived from your IP address (never precise GPS location);
Ad interactions — which ads were shown, watched, or tapped;
Diagnostics — technical information about ad delivery and SDK performance.

Google uses this data to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and detect fraud and abuse. It is collected and processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy); we do not receive or store your advertising identifier ourselves. You can learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices:

In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, the Game shows a consent dialog before serving ads. If you do not consent to personalized ads, Google serves non-personalized ads instead.
On any device, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

How Information Is Shared

We use LootLocker as a service provider to authenticate accounts and store game saves, leaderboards, and account data on our behalf. LootLocker processes this data only to provide these services to us; it is not an independent recipient of your data. See LootLocker's privacy policy at https://lootlocker.com/privacy-policy.

We use Google Play Services (Google Play Billing for purchases and, optionally, Google Play Games for sign-in) and Google AdMob for the optional rewarded ads described in the Advertising section above. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Other players may see your public display name and fleet/ship names through leaderboards and matchmaking. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your game account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the Game: open Profile → Account → Delete Account. Access is removed immediately, and the data is permanently erased within 30 days.
By web form (for example, if you have uninstalled the Game): submit a request at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdyteQ82JpdlUJYfBStE9ZLlyjfMxSTFO0OidO4FsIS1tCVaQ/viewform?usp=dialog. We verify ownership using your in-game Player ID before deleting.

Deletion removes your player profile, display name, cloud save, leaderboard entry, and published fleet data. Records of purchases retained by Google are governed by Google's own policies.

Data Security

Data transmitted between the Game and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the Game's store listing.
